Edited to add... I hope all of my friends back in Bakersfield are enjoying the 100 degree weather! Hehe... it might get to 70 degrees on Tuesday 
I know, I know, it's been a while since I've done a real post. But because list posts seem to be the current trend, I'll give ya'll one too...
1. Uno may be a family game, but it can become VERY competitive between my husband and I - "BLUE! Take that bitch!"
2. Our cat is insane. We're not so sure she had a seizure... we're starting to think that's her "I'm pissed" behavior. It's creepy though.
3. I may be taking Russian at the local university in the fall. I've wanted to learn Russian for a few years... here's my chance, right?
4. Baking cupcakes is a bad idea... especially when they sit in the fridge all weekend. I sent the last dozen with to work with Jon tonight. I'll let the guys on mids get fat instead of me.
5. I need a job. I'm going to the employment center this week. I really am. Can't we just skip the summer so I can start subbing? Stupid summer vacation!
6. The mosquitos here are ridiculous. Jon and I were seriously attacked when we took Belle out for her "walk." And DEET? It can kiss my ass, I don't think it works.
7. Tomorrow is grocery shopping day. Should be fun, right?
8. Tomorrow is also "Call Teleflora and raise some hell" day... now that WILL be fun!
9. Jon and I planted the seeds today. In a few weeks the side of our house should look something like a garden. We took "before" pictures... we'll see if there are any "after" ones
10. I have a new screen name... it's DreamingBlueStar. Add it and make me smile 
11. Jon tested for Staff last week. We'll have to wait to see what the cutoff is going to be. He doesn't want the stripe, so I guess it doesn't matter either way. Personally? I'd love to have the extra cash.
12. I thought I'd hate exercises... I actually enjoyed listening to the loudspeaker telling the guys to put on level 4 gear... hehe... and thinking in the back of my head "Damn, that must suck!" Yeah, I'm a witch, LOL!
